I needed to downsize from a house to an apartment, which meant getting rid of a lot of stuff. Be Free was massively helpful, far exceeding my expectations. I assumed they'd help with the physical and organizational aspects of packing up somethings, and delivering other things for donation, etc. But I didn't anticipate how mentally trying it would be to get rid of so much of my things, and how helpful Be Free would be with this part of the process. Lots of very gentle nudges and course corrections, for all the times when I was being overly clingy with my stuff, or, when my mood would shift and I'd start proposing that we donate everything, including things I'd definitely want and need in the immediate future. Great tutorials in how to think about organizing, not just throwing things into bins and then leaving, as some other firms do. Overall great help with the physical, organizational, and psychological aspect of a challenging move. Hugely recommended.
